Coaching Supervision is a reflective and generative exchange between coaching colleagues (you and me) in service of evolving your coaching acumen. My approach centres around the 3 core supervision components: Normative, Formative, and Restorative. In the Normative component, we co-determine the coaching competencies which may be in need of attention. In the Formative component, we co-explore your coaching approach and consider alternatives to further your coaching capabilities and acumen.
